The pieces around the main loop are the ones that save the most time week to week.
- Board mapping and rotation. Map blog categories to boards once. Pins rotate across the mapped boards, and a missing board is only created after you confirm it.
- Fresh pins for older posts. Posts that haven’t been pinned in a while get new versions with a different design, headline angle and board, up to 4 a month per post.
- Analytics per pin, design and post. Impressions, saves and outbound clicks for the pins Bloomtack published, with CSV export.
- UTM tags on every link. Pin links carry UTM tags with the design ID, so your own analytics show Pinterest traffic per design.
- Editable copy templates. Without an AI key, titles and descriptions come from templates you can edit per workspace, with a live preview.
- Team seats with roles. Owners, admins, editors and reviewers, so an assistant can review pins without touching billing.
- Queue alerts. An email when your approved pins cover less than 2 days, so the schedule never runs dry without you knowing.
