No. WordPress gets a plugin that sends new posts automatically, but Ghost and Shopify blogs work too, and so does any site with an RSS feed or a sitemap. You can also upload a CSV of post URLs. See all integrations.

No. Every pin needs your approval, one pin at a time. There’s no bulk approve and no auto-publish. Bloomtack only decides when an approved pin goes live, inside the hours you set.

Bloomtack uses Pinterest’s official API, which is how Pinterest lets apps create pins with your permission. Pins go to your own boards, link to your own posts, and are spread out at no more than 10 a day. It never follows, saves other people’s pins, comments or scrapes. No tool can promise how a platform treats an account, but we follow Pinterest’s developer guidelines closely.

Never. You connect on Pinterest’s own authorization screen, and Bloomtack receives a token you can revoke from Bloomtack or from your Pinterest settings at any time.

Scheduled pins stop, Bloomtack’s access is revoked, and the Pinterest data Bloomtack holds is deleted within 24 hours. Pins already published stay on your Pinterest account.

No. Bloomtack is an independent product operated by Outdated Digital LLC. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Pinterest.

No. Without a key, pins use your post’s images, stock photos, text and infographic designs, copy comes from templates you can edit, and videos use motion templates. A key from a provider such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, OpenRouter or Anthropic adds AI-written copy, AI images and AI video. How AI keys work.

No. Pinterest data is never used to train AI or sent to AI models. Bloomtack has no AI of its own: if you connect a key, your post’s text goes to that provider under your own account and its terms.

Yes. AI images and AI video carry an “AI” badge in the app, and the files keep standard metadata that identifies AI-generated media, so Pinterest can label them too. AI images are off unless you turn them on.

The minimum: your account ID and username, the boards you choose, the pins Bloomtack created and their analytics. Everything else is fetched from Pinterest when it’s needed and not stored. The privacy policy lists it all.

It’s the crawler that reads the posts of blogs connected to Bloomtack. It follows robots.txt and visits only blogs whose owners connected them. More about BloomtackBot.

In Settings, or by emailing hello@bloomtack.com. Account and blog data is deleted within 30 days, and Pinterest data within 24 hours of disconnecting. You can export your data first.
