Video pins

Short motion video pins made from your post, with no AI and no key needed, and optional AI video on your own key.

Next to image pins, Bloomtack makes short video pins for your posts. They go through the same review as every other pin.

Motion video, no key needed

Bloomtack turns your post's images (or stock images), title and key points into a 6 to 15 second video: animated text, smooth pans and zooms, your brand colors, logo and address. It renders them on our servers, in two shapes:

  • 9:16, the full-screen vertical shape.
  • 2:3, the same shape as image pins.

Each video gets a cover image from its first key frame. Music is off unless you turn it on. See Music for video pins.

AI video on your own key

If your AI key's provider can generate video and you pick it for the video task, Bloomtack can also make AI video pins. Two providers can do this today:

  • Google Gemini, with a Veo model such as Veo 3.1 Fast. Veo makes the clip with sound; Bloomtack leaves the sound out and uses your music setting instead.
  • xAI, with Grok Imagine Video.

Each clip is about 8 seconds at 720p, and your provider bills it to your key. AI video pins get your brand end card and an AI label, and wait for your approval like any other pin.

Ask for video pins yourself

Your pin rules decide how many video pins each new post gets. To ask for more:

  • In Posts, press Create pins and set Video pins, 0 to 3. The panel shows how many videos are left this month, for example "7 of 20 left this month".
  • For one more video for one post, press ⋯ on its row, or History, then New video pin. Bloomtack says "A new video pin will be in the review queue once it is made."

A post has one new video on the way at a time. When the month's videos are used up, a video you ask for waits for next month instead of being refused. See Create pins for your posts.

In the review queue

A video pin shows its cover image with its length, such as "0:12", so you can tell it from an image pin. Approve or skip it like any other pin. See Approve and skip pins.

Limits

Each rendered video counts once toward your plan's video renders, including ones you skip. AI video made on your own key does not count, but adding the end card to it counts once. Bloomtack renders one video at a time per workspace, so a big batch finishes in turn rather than all at once. See Plans, limits and the usage meter.
