Plans, limits and the usage meter
What each plan includes, what happens when you reach a limit, and where to see your usage.
Limits cover only what costs us to run: published pins, video renders, and the number of accounts, blogs and seats. There is no AI limit: AI runs on your own key.
Direct plans
| Plan | Price | Pinterest accounts | Blogs | Published pins a month | Video renders a month | Seats |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $19 a month or $190 a year | 3 | 3 | 750 | 300 | 2 |
| Pro | $39 a month or $390 a year | 10 | 10 | 2,500 | 1,000 | 5 |
| Business | $79 a month or $790 a year | 30 | 30 | 7,500 | 3,000 | 10 |
| Agency | $129 a month or $1,290 a year | 50 | 50 | 12,500 | 5,000 | 20 |
| Enterprise | $249 a month or $2,490 a year | 100 | 100 | 25,000 | 10,000 | 40 |
Every plan includes all templates and testing, image and video pins, a brand kit for every blog, and every AI feature on your own key. Pro adds white-label PDF reports, and Business adds priority support; Agency and Enterprise have both. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. What Agency and Enterprise are for, and how to move to them, is in The Agency and Enterprise plans. Every limit in one place is in Every limit you can meet.
Lifetime plans
The lifetime plans, bought once (the AppSumo tiers and Founding Member), have no monthly limit on image pins: every pin you approve is published, at the pace that is safe for each Pinterest account. Video renders are their only monthly limit. Accounts, blogs and seats depend on the tier; see Redeem and stack AppSumo codes for the table. Founding Member includes 25 Pinterest accounts, 25 blogs, 300 video renders a month, 5 seats, white-label reports and priority support.
The founding offer
Founding Member is a lifetime plan sold only for a short time after launch:
- It opens on launch day and closes 60 days later, or sooner once 500 seats are sold. Nothing is sold before launch day, and a seat that is not sold by then is gone.
- You pay once. There is no renewal and no end date.
- You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your own payment, however late in the 60 days you bought.
- A seat can come with a done-for-you blog: Bloomtack prepares draft pins for it, which never count against your limits. See Done-for-you pins.
- The seat also gives you the Founding member badge. See The Founding member badge.
How limits work
- Limits apply to your whole plan, added up across its workspaces. An agency with one workspace per client shares one pool.
- You get a notice at 80 % of any limit.
- At 100 %, approved pins wait for the next month instead of failing.
- If you move to a smaller plan, your data stays and the extra accounts and blogs pause.
- Each plan also sets how many devices one person can be signed in on at once: 3 on Starter, 5 on Pro, 10 on Business, 15 on Agency and 20 on Enterprise, with no limit on the lifetime plans. See Sessions and devices.
The usage meter
Settings, Billing shows every limit with how much is used, added up across the plan's workspaces. From 80 % a limit is marked Almost full, and at 100 % Full, with what happens next in words. Where your plan has no limit, the meter shows the count and Unlimited, with no bar. Owners and admins also get an email and a notice at 80 % and 100 % of the monthly published pins and video renders.
