Pin text without AI

How Bloomtack writes each pin's headline, title, description and alt text from your post's own words, with no AI and no key.

Every pin needs four pieces of text. Bloomtack writes all of them from your post, with fixed rules and no AI, so it works on every plan and without any key.

The four texts

• Headline: the words on the pin image. Short (3 to 6 words) or medium (7 to 10 words).
• Title: shown under the pin on Pinterest. At most 100 characters.
• Description: two or three sentences, at most 500 characters, with your focus keyword once and a short invitation such as "Read the full post".
• Alt text: describes the pin for people using screen readers, for example "Split pin: Roasted Tomato Soup with Garlic and Thyme over a bowl of soup".

Three angles per post

Each post gets pins with three different angles, so its pins never repeat the same title:

• Benefit: what the reader gets, such as "Crackly Sourdough with Ten Minutes of Work".
• Curiosity: a reason to click, such as "The Cold Trick Behind Better Sourdough".
• How-to: the task itself, such as "How to Make No-Knead Sourdough".

The rules

• Only what your post says. Bloomtack never invents a claim, a number or a result.
• Your own words first: title, meta description, excerpt, headings and focus keyword.
• Site names, emoji, notes in brackets and ALL CAPS are removed.
• The text is in the post's language. Extra phrases, such as the invitation to read, exist for English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese and Italian.

Your own wording

In Settings, Writing you can set your own headline patterns, title pattern and calls to action for each language, and words your pins never use. See Your wording and banned words.

Change the text

You can edit any of the four texts on each pin in the review queue before you approve it. See Edit a pin's text.

With an AI key

If you connect your own AI key and pick it for pin copy, AI writes the text instead, following the same rules. If the AI call fails, the pin keeps the text written without AI. See AI keys explained.
