Your dashboard at a glance

What the numbers, the setup checklist, the review and schedule panels and recent activity on the dashboard tell you.

The dashboard is the first screen after you sign in. It always shows the workspace you picked in the workspace switcher. At the top it greets you and says how many new pins are waiting for you, with a button such as Review 12 pins.

Get set up

Until all the setup steps are done, a Get set up panel sits at the top of the right column on a wide screen, and at the top of the dashboard on a phone. See The setup checklist.

The week in numbers

A row of numbers for the last 7 days:

  • Pins published: pins that went live on Pinterest.
  • Impressions: how often Pinterest showed your pins.
  • Outbound clicks: clicks from your pins to your blog.
  • Saves: how often people saved your pins.

Each shows how it changed against the week before ("vs last week", or New when the week before had none) and a small line of the days. Until Pinterest is connected, analytics is on and the first report has arrived, the Pinterest tiles say "Connect Pinterest to see this", "Turn on analytics to see this" or "Shows after the first report". Bloomtack never shows made-up numbers.

Ready for review

A few of the pins waiting for you, with how many wait, and Open queue, a link to the full review queue. When nothing waits, it says so and offers Create pins.

Up next

The next pins going out, with the time each is due in your workspace's time zone, how many are scheduled, and a Calendar link to the calendar. Above it, a Schedule panel shows today's posting times for each Pinterest account.

Performance and Top pin this week

Performance charts impressions and outbound clicks, and you can switch it between 7D, 28D and 90D. Top pin this week shows your best pin. Both fill in once your first pins are published: Pinterest reports impressions, saves and outbound clicks once a day. Until then they say what will appear.

Recent activity

What happened lately in the workspace, newest first: a blog added, an import finished, pins designed, a Pinterest account connected. The panel also says how many posts Bloomtack has imported from your blogs, such as "20 posts imported" for the Crumb & Kettle demo blog once the first sync finishes.
