Your calendar
See every scheduled and published pin by week or month, in your workspace's time zone.
The Calendar shows the pins going out this week and the ones already published, one week at a time. Press Month for a view of the whole month; Week brings the week back.
Read the week
- Weeks run from Monday to Sunday. Today is marked.
- Each pin shows its time and a dot: green for Published, the scheduled color for Scheduled. The key above the week says which is which.
- Times are in your workspace's time zone, which the page names at the top. Two people in different countries see the same times.
- On a computer, the week shows as seven columns. On a phone, the days stack one under the other, so nothing scrolls sideways.
Move between weeks
Use the arrow buttons for the previous or next week, and Today to come back to this week.
The month view
Month shows each day of the month with how many pins are scheduled and how many are published. Press a day to open its week. The arrow buttons move by month, and This month comes back to the current one.
An empty week
A week with no pins says so. Pins get a time once you approve them in the review queue.
A scheduled pin's options
Every scheduled pin has a Move button and, next to it, an options button (three dots). In the week on a computer the two appear in the pin's corner when you point at the pin with the mouse, or reach it with the Tab key. The options open a sheet with:
- Publish now: sends this one pin to Pinterest right away, after you confirm. If it cannot go yet, the line under the button says why. See Approve and skip pins.
- Move to…: picks another day and time. See Move a scheduled pin.
- Take back approval: sends the pin back to review and frees its slot. A message with Undo stays for 10 seconds.
Good to know
- Each workspace has its own calendar. To see another blog's pins, switch workspace. See Switch between workspaces.
