Move a scheduled pin on the calendar

See every scheduled and published pin by week or month, and move one to another day or time, on a computer or a phone.

The Calendar shows your scheduled and published pins by Week or Month. Today and This month jump back to now; the arrows go to the previous or next week or month. Times are shown in your workspace's time zone.

Move a pin

• On a computer: drag a scheduled pin to another day in the week view.
• On a phone (or with a keyboard): press Move on the pin, pick the Day and Time in Move to…, and press Move pin.

After a move, Undo puts the pin back for 10 seconds.

The posting window and the gap between pins still apply. If the new time breaks a rule, such as a slot too close to another pin, Bloomtack says why and the pin stays where it was. See Scheduling and your posting window.

Good to know

• Published pins cannot be moved; they show when they went out.
• A moved pin gives up its old slot, so it can never post twice.
