Done-for-you pins for your founding seat

How Bloomtack prepares draft pins for the done-for-you blog of a Founding Member seat, where you see each request, and why they cost you nothing.

A Founding Member seat can include one done-for-you blog. For that blog, Bloomtack prepares pins for you: you only review them and choose which ones go out.

How it works

  1. Tell support which of your blogs is the done-for-you blog. Support records it on your seat.
  2. Give support access from Settings, then Privacy and data, in the Support access card: pick 1 hour, 24 hours or 72 hours and press Give support access. See Give support temporary access. Only the workspace owner can give it.
  3. While the access is open, Bloomtack asks for pins for the blog's posts that are waiting for them, up to 300 posts at a time.
  4. The pins are made after your own pins, under your workspace's pin rules, and wait as drafts in your Review queue, like any other pin.

Bloomtack never approves or publishes them. Nothing goes to Pinterest until you approve it.

Without open support access, nothing is made: when the access ends or you press End access now (under Support access, or in the banner that shows while access is open), Bloomtack can no longer ask for pins. Asking twice for the same posts makes nothing twice.

Where you see each request

The Support access card in Settings, then Privacy and data, lists every time support used your access. A request for these pins shows as "Pre-made pins: asked for draft pins for your done-for-you blog", with when it happened. Bloomtack also records every request with its reason.

They cost you nothing

  • The video pins Bloomtack makes for your done-for-you blog do not use your monthly video renders.
  • The Founding Member plan has no monthly limit on image pins, so the image pins never run into one.
  • AI runs only on your own key, as for your own pins.

Good to know

  • Only the blog recorded on your seat gets these pins. Your other blogs work as usual.
  • Skip or edit any of the pins in the Review queue as you would your own.
