Unsubscribe from emails

Turn off setup tips, the weekly summary and news with one click; security and billing emails always arrive.

You choose which emails Bloomtack sends you, except the ones about your account's safety and payments.

One-click unsubscribe

Every optional email, such as setup tips and the weekly summary, has an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. It opens a page with an Unsubscribe button; you do not need to sign in. Many email apps also show their own unsubscribe button, which works in one click.

Email preferences

The Email preferences link in any email opens a page where you turn each optional email on or off, again without signing in. In the app, the same choices are under Optional emails on Settings, Notifications, below the switches for each kind of notice.

The links in an email work for a year. After that, the page says the link has expired; use Settings, Notifications instead.

Emails that cannot be turned off

Security emails (for example a new sign-in) and billing emails (for example a failed payment) always arrive.

Good to know

If an email to you bounces or is marked as spam, we stop sending email to that address, so check that the address in your account is right. Contact support to start again once it works.
