Give support temporary access

Let Bloomtack support look at your workspace, read-only, for 1, 24 or 72 hours. End it at any time.

Sometimes support can help faster by seeing what you see. They can only do that after you allow it.

Give access

1. Open Settings, then Privacy and data, and find Support access.
2. Choose how long: 1 hour, 24 hours or 72 hours.
3. Press Give support access. Only the workspace owner can.

What support can and cannot do

• They see your workspace as you do, read-only.
• They cannot change, publish, export or delete anything: every change is refused while access is open.
• They never see your Pinterest tokens or AI keys.

While access is open

A banner in the app says until when Bloomtack support can view the workspace. Press End access now in the banner or under Support access to end it at once.

A record of every visit

Every grant, every screen support opened, and the end of each grant are listed under Support access, and kept for 13 months.
