Export to CSV
Download the Posts table, or the pins, posts or designs table of Analytics, as a CSV file for a spreadsheet.
Video guide: Read your results and winning designs (1:40, no sound).
The Posts table and the Pins, Posts and Designs tabs of Analytics can each be downloaded as a CSV file. Open it in Google Sheets, Excel or Numbers.
Analytics
- Open Analytics, pick the tab and the range: 7 days, 28 days or 90 days.
- Press Export CSV.
The file has one row per line of the table, with the same numbers you see on screen, for the same range.
Posts
- Open Posts and pick the filter, blog and search you want, such as Not pinned.
- Press Export CSV.
The file has one row per post that matches, across every page of the table: the post, pins made, the pins not made yet, how many are in review, queued, published and failed, and the post's impressions and outbound clicks.
Good to know
- An export holds this workspace's data only.
- For a full copy of everything in your workspace, use the data export in Settings, Privacy and data.
- Download PDF on the Analytics screen makes a report to share instead of a spreadsheet.
