Use Bloomtack on your phone
Everything in Bloomtack works on a phone. How the phone layout works, and what happens when your connection drops.
Bloomtack is built for phones first. You can do every task on a phone: connect Pinterest, add blogs, import posts, edit your brand kit and, as they arrive, review and schedule pins. There is no "use a computer for this" screen.
Open Bloomtack on your phone
Open https://app.bloomtack.com in your phone's browser and sign in. To keep it one tap away:
- iPhone (Safari): press the share button, then Add to Home Screen.
- Android (Chrome): open the menu, then Add to Home screen.
The phone layout
- The workspace switcher, search, notifications and your account menu are at the top.
- The tab bar at the bottom holds Home, Review, the green Create pins button in the middle, Calendar and More.
- More opens every other place, including Help and support, all settings, the theme and Sign out.
- Buttons and rows are large enough to tap with a thumb.
- Wide tables turn into stacked rows, so you never scroll sideways.
When the connection drops
If your phone goes offline, a banner at the top says: "You are offline. Bloomtack will refresh this page's data when the connection returns; changes wait until then."
- What is on the screen stays readable.
- Bloomtack reloads the page's data by itself when you are back online.
- Actions that need the server wait instead of failing silently. Nothing is published while you are offline.
On a slow connection
Bloomtack shows the shape of each screen right away and fills it in as data arrives, so nothing jumps around while you read. If a part cannot load, it says so with Try again.
